Shipping & Returns



Orders are processed daily and typically ship within 2 business days, but shipping specifics are listed on the on all product pages.  Once shipped, delivery normally takes from 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination. On high-volume holidays, please allow for a few extra days.

Please be advised that orders placed after 11:00am EST are typically processed the following business day.

Orders on Friday after 11:00am will not be processed until the following Monday and can expect to ship Tuesday or Wednesday.

If you are in a rush, please contact us at and we will advise you if priority shipping is an option and the pricing.

Most items will typically ship USPS or FedEx Ground, but some of our flag, medal and uniform cases ship UPS Ground.  Please review the product page for shipping details

Your will be sent a notification along with carrier and tracking information once you order is shipped.  Once an order has shipped we are unable to redirect it to another shipping address.

Our 14 Day Return Policy

What if I am not satisfied with my order after it arrives?
We completely stand behind the quality of the products we sell at the Liberty Flag Shop.

You can return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of the date of delivery, we will issue an exchange or refund, or credit your account.

Upon return, we will inspect the merchandise. Make sure that you do not deface the boxes and return them in the same condition as you received them

You may be responsible for additional shipping charges if no mistake was made by us.

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Before returning any merchandise, please send us an email with your name and order number and what you are returning and the reason why.

If you cancel an order once it has shipped, we will apply a $15 restocking fee for each item cancelled.

A refund will not be issued if the returned item is incomplete.

 Important: Shipping fees are not refundable.

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately.  The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
