SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders are processed daily and typically ship within 2 business days, but shipping specifics are listed on the on all product pages.  Once shipped, delivery normally takes from 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination. On high-volume holidays, please allow for a few extra days.

  • Please be advised that orders placed after 11:00am EST are processed the following business day.

  • Orders on Friday after 11:00am will not be processed until the following Monday and can expect to ship Tuesday or Wednesday.

  • If you are in a rush, please contact us at and we will advise you if priority shipping is an option and the pricing.

  • Most items will typically ship USPS or FedEx Ground, but some of our flag, medal and uniform cases ship UPS Ground.  Please review the product page for shipping details

  • Your will be sent a notification along with carrier and tracking information once you order is shipped.  Once an order has shipped we are unable to redirect it to another shipping address.

  • If you cancel an order once it has shipped, we will apply a $15 restocking fee for each item cancelled.

 

Our 30 Day Return Policy

We completely stand behind the quality of the products we sell and we want our customer completly satisfied

  • You can return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of the date of delivery, we will issue an exchange,refund, or credit your account.
  • Return your purchase in the same condition as you received it, your refund or exchnage will be delayed if the returned item is incomplete.
  • Email us to with your order number, what you are returning and an RMA will be issued as quickly as possible with return instructions.
  • Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
